2025 IELA Business Division Award Winners Announced at The Learning Ideas Conference

New York, NY (June 13, 2025) - The International E-Learning Association (IELA) has announced the winners of its 2025 Business and Industry Division Awards, this afternoon at the last day and closing session of The Learning Ideas Conference at the Faculty House of Columbia University.

The IELA Awards celebrate global excellence in e-learning, recognizing organizations and professionals who are shaping the future of workplace learning through creativity, research, and technology-driven approaches. All submissions are carefully evaluated by the IELA Awards Committee, which considers a variety of attributes including educational soundness and effectiveness, user experience, and overall significance.

Dr. David Guralnick, President of IELA, TLIC Conference Chair, and leader of Kaleidoscope Learning, announced the award recipients during the TLIC 2025 closing ceremony.

The Business and Industry Division honors courses, products, and software tools designed to support organizational learning, professional development, and other workplace training needs. 

This year’s Gold Winners include:

  • Online Learning Experience: “Understanding Mpox: A World Health Issue”  by the New England Public Health Training Center (United States)

  • Blended Learning Experience:Vivo B2B For All” by GP Strategies & Vivo (United States)

  • Performance Support Experience:GPiLEARN+ Technical E-Learning” by GP Strategies (United States)

  • Learning Delivery Platform:The Learning Gate” by The Learning Gate (Mexico)

The 2025 Academic Division award winners will be announced at the 28th ICL Conference in Budapest, Hungary on October 1st - 3rd, 2025. Submissions for the 2026 Business and Industry Division Awards will open in December 2025, followed by the Academic Division Awards in March 2026.
